A pool in a living room!

Somewhere out in Manhattan, someone has a pool in the middle of his/her living room! Imagine that!

Wooooosh

That's really what happened in the past 7 days. It was packing packing and packing. And then 3 young dudes came by and took everything away in a truck and off we hopped onto a flight (which was delayed by 4 hours and where I left my old, dirty but ol' so good reading glasses on the plane). We arrived in LA at 4am but the morning brunch and walk down Manhattan beach made everything worth it.

Here's to life going by like woooooosh but so fun...!

Packing up...

Our Boston life is currently boxed up in 30 boxes ready to go this Friday....except we aren't. There's still lil things here there everywhere in the apt that hasn't been packed and a couple of food places that I wanted to dine at again before we leave but it seems almost impossible now unless I spend my next 4 days doing nothing but eat. Oh well....anyhow, cute peeking baby here!!!

Animal Love

I recently met a dog named Beatrice who is now blind due to old age. I had all of maybe a min and a half in the elevator with Beatrice but it broke my heart to see her move with so much caution. Here's to Beatrice and all the amazing animals!

Sydney Coogee Beach House

I'm starting the week wishing this beautiful Sydney beach home is mine! I love the open floor plan with the living area and bedroom divided by a lovely pool. Nothing would be stressful if you came home to this everyday...

Vacation on a TREE!

A group of Swedish architects and designers came together to build Treehotel that provides unique rooms created in harmony with nature and their ecological values. Rooms are built on trees and everything, from the construction and daily service of the hotel are kept as green as possible.

I would love to spend 1 night in one of these rooms!!!! It would probably my chance to be so close to nature without camping.
