American Airlines?

I love the shot, I love how she looks...but the copy? A lil bit creepy, a lil bit preachy, a lil bit desperate and a whole lot of untrue. I don't know what American Airlines use to be back in the day, but now, this copy would never fly with what the airline is like as of today.

But yes, they do hire people who look like your mother to be cabin crew and yes, they do talk like your mother too. Naggy, grumpy, loud oh and yes, big hair.
